Through a combination of our own team of fully trained and equipped service technicians and third party engineers, we are able to provide full technical support and preventative maintenance contracts tailored to suite each installation. This, in conjunction with our free of charge telephone technical support means that our customers can be confident in both the equipment and backup that AIS can provide.
Our workshop facilities are staffed by experienced engineers trained to a high level of expertise in both the equipment we manufacture and our range of third party equipment and our policy of distributing for single manufacturers serves our customers well, as we hold a vast quantity of spare parts and have our engineers routinely trained by our partners. This means that we can solve problems quickly and have the parts on hand to restore your machines to full working condition after any breakdown.
We are a Datalogic ‘Quality Partner’ and our team are fully trained on all Datalogic equipment. We are also the European support centre for the LVS® 7500 from Label Vision Systems Inc.
